They Claim Women Empowerment But Are They Really Empowering

Every since Media Girls LA started and I actually  starting noticing that there is so many women empowerment brands on social media, which caters to so many different groups of women out there. Which made me notice a video somebody reposted the other day stating that they don’t go to women empowerment events, because it just makes you feel inspired at that time, but you aren’t actually learning anything from them to actually put to use afterwards. I thought to myself she is right! You always hear the stories about how they made it, how they started from nothing and how their so successful now. But are they really give you the map or keys to actually building your brand, how to monetize off your brand, or even how to start.

After listening to this video it inspired me to make sure from here on, that MediaGirlsLA will be a company that actually teaches you the core values of being successful in media from building a brand, monetizing off your brand and even the key steps to starting in media. I mainly think this happens because women are not truly wanting to help other women that’s in the same field of work. They just like to say they believe in uplifting and helping others because it sounds good, but what have you done to help them without having to be paid for it.

I hear from so many women that soon as they start asking the next woman for advice about the industry, the woman totally goes ghost on them. It has even happen to me before, so I’m completely aware of the problem. Those same women with the women empowerment companies are doing the same thing, because they want to give off this persona that their really helping other women. In reality their not, whenever someone ask me for advice I’m always willing to help.

I am a firm believer that whatever is meant for you will happen and if I help the next person that will not hurt my chances of being successful. Women it’s enough money for us all to get it. I believe women do not help because they are scared of the next person becoming bigger than them or more successful.

How can you call yourself a women empowerment company, but every event you have it’s to make a profit. How are you really for the women completely.

So I say all this to say is that women are you really empowering others?
