Be Authentic & Be Unbothered

If you know me or seen some of my interviews then you know I’m the reporter that like to push the limits and ask the risky questions. 

I’m at the building stage of my brand and career, which is why I’m setting the path for it now. I want to be a mix between Wendy Williams and Karen Civil. 

I know you’re probably saying why Wendy or how do those two even compare?  I say Wendy because she inspired me to get into media many years ago. Like I have always be about getting in people’s business, know all the lastest tea and having no filter! Then when I think of Karen Civil, I think straight BOSS. I mean the lady does everything seriously and that’s totally me. From production, to pr and social media logistics that’s all me. 

A lot of people might not like Wendy but I love her! No matter how much hate she gets she still remains her genuine self and does not try to change it because of others opinion! My long term goals are to be a talk show host and own a Pr firm! 

Honestly I would be great tv with my no hold back questions, I’m opinionated as f**k and I’m all here for the hot topics! The Karen Civil side of me knows how to control a situation in the media, build a brand, and empower other women! I would say that’s like a perfect duo. 

When I first started media I was scared to be my authentic self, because I always knew Wendy was the way I wanted to go. The fact that she gets so much backlash I was scared to take that approach. I have learned you will never last or be truly happy with your work, if you’re not being your authentic self. Everyone has their own style and their own lane. You have to find your lane and master it! That’s what will set you apart from everyone else!
